Quality Test of Soils & Soil Aggregates
Quality test of soil & soil aggregate is to determine the suitability of the soil for the type of construction to be done. This test can be done by determining the Moisture Content, Specific Gravity, Dry Density, Atterberg Limit test, Proctor Compaction test and Field Density Test.
Quality Test of Fine & Coarse Aggregates
Aggregates plays an important role in construction, such as sand, gravel and crushed stone. Aggregate serves as reinforcement to add strength to the overall composite material. Quality test includes Sieve Analysis, Unit Weight, Specific Gravity, Soundness test, Abrasion and Clay Lumps test.
Quality Test of Cement
Cement is the most essential and widely used building material. Quality test on cement is carried out to check the strength and quality of cement used in construction. For this, various tests are done; Fineness, Normal Consistency, Specific Gravity, Time Setting, Compressive strength, Autoclave Expansion and Chemical.
Test on Concrete
Concrete is used worldwide and various test method were performed to check the material’s integrity. Quality included were compressive and flexural strength, Rebound Hammer Test, Slump Test of fresh concrete, and core boring for compressive strength and thickness determination of Portland Cement Concrete Pavement.
Quality Test of Asphaltic Material
Asphalt is a mixture of aggregates, binder and filler used for pavements. Quality test includes physical and chemical analysis of asphaltic materials.
Test on Curing Compound
Curing compounds are used to reduce the loss of water or heat in order to create ideal conditions that are favorable to the concrete formation. Test includes Loss on mass, Water Retention and Non-volatile Content.
Quality Test on Paint
Paint is a liquid or mastic material that can be applied to surfaces to color, protect and provide texture. Quality test as follows; Total pigments, Total solid, Density, Drying time and chemical composition test.
Test on Metallic Materials
We provide physical and chemical test on metallic materials such as Galvanized steel bars, Sheets, Plates, Pipes and wires.
Test on Water
Water is the most important elements in construction. We provide test for pH Value, Chloride Content, Sulfate Content and Total Solid (Gravimetric Method).
Quality Test on Thermoplastic Paints
Thermoplastic paint is applied as road surface markings. Test includes Specific Gravity, Softening point, Drying time, Appearance of Paint film, Tackiness and Glass beads properties.
In-House Laboratory Services
We provide a field density test, Making and curing concrete test in the field, Sampling of freshly mix concrete and monitoring of temperature of freshly mixed Portland Cement Concrete.
Calibration
This test provide calibration/ verification of weighing apparatus and weighing scales of concrete and asphalt batching plants.
Plate Load Test
Is used to determine the soil characteristics such as ultimate bearing capacity, soil stiffness and the tendency of soil settlement on field.
Geotechnical Investigation/Soil BORING Exploration
Includes a detailed investigation of the soil to determine the soil strength, composition, water content and other important soil characteristics.
